The start up HELP workshop is intended for all companies that need help in successfully starting their business.
After an initial consultation and analysis of your specific needs, we will help you set up all the business processes for your company: from initial creation of the business plan and P&L (business vision) through to it’s essential operations (sticks under the feet of the vision). Then we’ll advise you on the smooth functioning of the business itself and last but not least, how to deepen the knowledge of your employees (removing sticks from the path).
As part of this workshop, we also offer training for employees in basic but necessary business practices, such as business negotiations, business finance or sales presentations.
